The Legacy Christian Academy Knights can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They breezed by Middletown Christian on the road to the tune of 53-26. The win was nothing new for Legacy Christian Academy as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Legacy Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Audrey Stanley led the charge by scoring ten points along with six rebounds and four steals. Stanley is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ava Combs, who scored 11 points along with six steals.
Legacy Christian Academy pushed their record up to 13-1 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.4 points per game. As for Middletown Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-4.
Legacy Christian Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Urbana at 7:30 p.m. on January 20th. As for Middletown Christian, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Gamble Montessori at 7:00 p.m. on January 18th.
