Richmond Hill had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the New Hampstead Phoenix. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Richmond Hill took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-8.

Lily Ritzema paced Richmond Hill's offense, picking up five kills. Ritzema got some help from Bryanna Da Silva and her ten assists. Talia Johnson controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Richmond Hill's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for New Hampstead, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Richmond Hill has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Lee County on the 16th. As for New Hampstead, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Islands on the 19th.
