In what's become a running theme this season, the Foxcroft None gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 45-5 victory over King Abdullah Academy on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Foxcroft, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Foxcroft to victory were Tashae' Allen and Madison Rector. Allen scored 11 points, while Rector scored 12 points along with four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rector has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cece Young, who scored eight points.
Foxcroft is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season. As for King Abdullah Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foxcroft will face off against St. Michael the Archangel at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Michael the Archangel is coming into the matchup with six straight wins at home, meaning Foxcroft will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. As for King Abdullah Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Evergreen Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. King Abdullah Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 13 points in their last five games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
