The Taylor Yellowjackets lost against the Mercy McAuley Wolves back in November of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Taylor took a hard 47-29 fall against Mercy McAuley. Taylor has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Mercy McAuley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ady Kreimer out in front who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordyn Leary, who scored four points along with six rebounds and six steals.
Taylor's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5. As for Mercy McAuley, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Taylor will take on Indian Hill at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mercy McAuley, they will be playing at home against Anderson at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Anderson is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
