Inglemoor's five-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 47-30 victory over Cedar Park Christian. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Inglemoor has scored all year.
Inglemoor's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reuhen Bhalod, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bhalod has scored at least 25% of Inglemoor's points. Kieran Clasen was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Seattle Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 55-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ballard. While losing is never fun, Seattle Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 236th, while Ballard is ranked 74th).
Inglemoor's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Seattle Academy, their defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-5.
