The win bumped Auburndale's record up to 3-5. The loss dropped Chequamegon's record to 1-7.
Next week Auburndale take on Whitehall at 7:00 PM. Whitehall also lit up the scoreboard in their last matchup, so this could be a high-scoring matchup. As for Chequamegon, they will face off against Rib Lake-Prentice. Neither Chequamegon nor Rib Lake-Prentice could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
