Sealy is on a 13-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Robinson is on an eight-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Tigers will host the Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Sealy's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last 13 games.
Sealy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They beat Caldwell by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 10-1. Considering the Tigers have won 14 matches by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Charlee Ramos spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Sealy let Kara Kram13 and Avery Grigar run wild. Kram13 got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base, while Grigar went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Grigar is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Caylee Syzdek, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Sealy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .520 or higher in 13 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Robinson narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Gateway College Preparatory 4-3. The win continues a trend for the Rockets in their matchups with the Gators: they've now won four in a row.
Kaygen Marshall was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Isabelle Mathis also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
Sealy is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for Robinson, their win bumped their record up to 28-2.
Sealy's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's match. The Tigers have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 5.8 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Robinson, though, as they've been averaging an even more impressive 1.2 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Sealy continue to outrun the ball?
