Scott came tearing into  Thursday's  match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Simon Kenton Pioneers 3-0. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the   3-2 victory the Pioneers walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in October of 2024.
 Scott walked away with the   win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18,  25-20.
 Leading Scott to victory were  KaLeigh Grigsby and  Abby Lindsay.  Grigsby  had nine  digs and one  assist, while  Lindsay  had two  aces. That's the most  aces  Lindsay has posted  over her last eight  contests.
Scott's victory bumped their record up to 24-11. As for Simon Kenton,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 17-13.
As of now, neither Scott nor the Pioneers have any future games scheduled.
