Billings Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 72-45 victory over Helena Christian. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won nine games in a row.

Billings Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gabe Jones led the charge by going 7-for-14 en route to 18 points and three steals. The contest was Jones' ninth in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevin Sweet, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 12 boards.

Stillwater Christian's win came from a few key players Billings Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Ryan Buzzard, who went 10-for-17 to rack up 24 points along with eight assists and six steals. He has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played. Another player making a difference was Elijah Linn, who shot 5-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds.
Stillwater Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.2 points over those games. Billings Christian's victory bumped their record up to 17-4.
