The biggest upset of the week belonged to St. Charles West, who took down 144th ranked Orchard Farm, 28-6.
The Warriors extended the longest winning streak in Gateway - North this week by beating the Eagles, 28-6. The victory was the fifth in a row for St. Charles West.
Winfield's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Aaron Aubuchon threw for 54 yards and Chandler Hollingsworth had 38 yards receiving. On the ground Aubuchon chipped in 80 yards. Kyle Lippmann helped Winfield's passing attack out by catching three balls for 16 yards.
Winfield's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Dustin Kneemiller has thrown for 184 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Aubuchon has seven catches for 123 yards. Jerel Hall leads the league in rushing with 471 yards.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when the Warriors take on Warren County. Winfield's offense has racked up 124 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Warriors have allowed only 254 on the year.
St. Charles led Gateway - North in scoring this week after putting up 44 points on Keith McGlasson's team.
