The Lee Generals can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They strolled past Thomas Walker with points to spare, taking the game 63-44. The victory was just what Lee needed coming off of a 73-28 defeat in their prior match.
Lee found their leader in underclassman Kinley Huff, who scored 27 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Huff has scored all season. Cassidy Hammonds was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds.
Lee's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Thomas Walker, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-11.
