The 6-foot, 170-pound senior selected the Vols over Michigan State, Michigan, USC, and California.
Arnett is the No. 77 overall recruit in the class of 2011, according to Tom Lemming. He's ranked as the No. 13 receiver.
So far in 2010, Arnett has totaled 42 catches for 782 yards and eight scores. He's also found the end zone six additional times rushing the ball and playing special teams.
Arnett gives Tennessee a target for highly-touted incoming quarterback
Justin Worley. He becomes the 17th recruit in the class of 2011 to verbally commit to the Vols.
