There's no place like home for Whitewater, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the East Troy Trojans on Tuesday as they made off with a 13-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Whippets, who have now won six matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Sydney Schilt and Falyn Krahn did most of the damage at the plate: Schilt went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple, while Krahn went a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three hits gave Krahn a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Marianna Kubicz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.

Whitewater always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .536. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Whitewater's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for East Troy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Whitewater will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
