Meanwhile, Larue County strolled past the Colonels with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 63-47.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Larue County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniel Allen, who scored 29 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Allen has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Blakey, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds.
Green County's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Larue County, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
