The Weiss Wolves had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against Bryan by a score of 3-1. That's another feather in the cap for Weiss, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
They hit Bryan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Justin Abarca Aquino,
Julio Gonzales-Tello, and
Elijah Walkup.
Weiss' win bumped their record up to 9-1-2. As for Bryan, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-4 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Midway the next time they take the pitch. Bryan will head out to face Midway at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, while Weiss will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
