Make it eight blowout wins for the Wheatley Wildcats this season. They blew past Scarborough, posting a 64-18 win at home. The win was familiar territory for Wheatley who now have five in a row.
Autumn Breedlove was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals. She is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Jamie Solomon, who scored 11 points along with four steals.
Wheatley is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-11 record this season. As for Scarborough, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-11.
Wheatley will take on Kashmere at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Kashmere is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. Scarborough on the road again on Monday and play against North Forest at 7:30 p.m. on January 29th.
