The Kings Christian Crusaders can now show off 17 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They breezed by Laton on the road to the tune of 60-26. With Kings Christian ahead 39-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.
It was another big night for Ronnie Roche, who scored 32 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Kings Christian's points. Kevin Roche was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Despite the loss, Laton still got an impressive performance from Johnathan Garcia, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Garcia hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games.
The win makes it two in a row for Kings Christian and bumps their season record up to 21-2. As for Laton, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
Kings Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Woodlake at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Laton, they will head out on the road to square off against Wonderful College Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
