Greenville won the last time they faced Tri County Area and things went their way on Monday too. The Yellow Jackets walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Vikings. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellow Jackets.

Greenville saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kevin (Drew) Johnson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Greenville's win bumped their record up to 11-12-1. As for Tri County Area, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.
