Olympic Heights extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Emma Alcalay. The Olympic Heights Lions walked away with a 52-41 win over the Park Vista Cobras on Friday thanks in part to Alcalay, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 steals. Alcalay is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Waller, who posted 12 points and three steals. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games.

Despite the loss, Park Vista still got an impressive performance from Tyaiwana Ousley, who had 24 points along with five boards and four steals. Emma Wondra was another key player, putting up five points.

Olympic Heights' victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Park Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Olympic Heights wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-46 win against West Boca Raton on the 9th. As for Park Vista, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-43 defeat against Grandview Prep on the 10th.
