While Bunnell put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Branford. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Hornets with a sharp 12-0 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by eight runs or more this season.

On the hitting side, Sydney Sedlock was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.
Bunnell was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .484. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive contests.
Bunnell's record is now 11-9. As for Branford, they dropped their record down to 5-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
