San Leandro relied on the efforts of Eric Stowe, who had 21 digs and one assist, and Avery Stone, who had 19 kills, 13 digs, and three blocks. That's the most digs Stowe has posted since back in March.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times American Canyon and Analy had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wolves came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Wolves have beaten the Tigers on their court since April 2, 2024.
While American Canyon might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Analy scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 22-25, 27-25.
San Leandro better keep an eye on Joshua Hmun. He was instrumental in American Canyon's win, getting six digs and two blocks.
American Canyon's win bumped their record up to 21-6. As for San Leandro, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9.
