Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Reading). They blew past the Wyoming Valley West Spartans 85-44 on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red KNights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Reading's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Wyoming Valley West, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Reading and La Academia Charter will face off at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Wyoming Valley West, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dallas at 7:00 p.m. on January 18, 2025.
