Atholton waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. Everything went their way against Mt. Hebron as Atholton made off with a 71-47 win. That looming 71-47 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Atholton yet this season.
Atholton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Amir Shaheed, who scored 17 points along with seven assists and three steals. Shaheed hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. Bryce Inabinet was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Centennial scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They walked away with a 70-60 victory over Hammond. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Centennial.
Atholton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
