St. Stephens was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Jonah Long did his best to prevent it. Long was dialed in and scored 23 points along with five rebounds and two steals. He played a big game the last time he faced East Lincoln, so the team probably should've seen him coming. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Long has scored all season.
Long and St. Stephens will head out on the road to face off against Statesville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will pit Long up against Statesville's star small forward Caleb Tillman. Will Long turn in another gem to overcome St. Stephens? We'll have our answer very soon.
