Sherrard won the last time they faced Riverdale and things went their way on Monday too. The Tigers blew past the Rams 13-2. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by seven runs or more this season.

Sherrard got a big performance out of Harrison Curry, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Eli Matson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Sherrard always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Riverdale only posted an OBP of .286.

The victory made it two in a row for Sherrard and bumps their season record up to 7-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Riverdale, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Sherrard will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rams: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
