Meanwhile, Hopkins Academy was beaten by Frontier Regional 59-9 on Monday.
Athol's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-9. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 27.8 points per game. As for Hopkins Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
