Ticonderoga and Saratoga Central Catholic squared off in some playoff action on Sunday, but Ticonderoga had to settle for second. They came up short against the Saints, falling 11-1. The Sentinels' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ticonderoga saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Dorsett, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Ticonderoga's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-1.
