Meanwhile, while Green put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for St. Joseph Central. Everything went Green's way against St. Joseph Central as Green made off with an 8-0 win.
St. Joseph Central's batters probably weren't too happy with Jonathan Knapp, who pitched a no hitter and racked up nine Ks (he gave up no walks). Knapp has been consistent recently: he hasn't pitched less than five innings in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
At the plate, Mason Neal was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Blevins, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
