Kennedy Catholic has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Rocky Grove Orioles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Kennedy Catholic beat the Panthers 57-46.
Meanwhile, Rocky Grove scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took down Cochranton 84-66. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Rocky Grove got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Landen Carter out in front who scored 21 points along with six assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Baughman, who scored 16 points along with seven assists.
Kennedy Catholic's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Rocky Grove, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-6.
Kennedy Catholic came up short against the Orioles in their previous meeting back in January, falling 55-43. Can Kennedy Catholic avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
