Wallkill is on a four-game streak of home losses, Kingston a five-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Wallkill Panthers will take on the Kingston Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, Wallkill suffered a rough 42-20 defeat at the hands of Goshen Central.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Chris Bartolone, who threw for 272 yards and three touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Ryan Rauschenbach, who picked up 74 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Kingston scored first but ultimately less than Pine Bush in their contest on Friday. They received a tough blow as they fell 35-19 to the Bushmen.
Wallkill has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Kingston, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
Wallkill was taken down by Kingston 39-3 in their previous matchup back in October of 2017. Will Wallkill have more luck at home instead of on the road?
