Green Bay Preble is on a 12-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Ashwaubenon is on a 13-game streak of away wins (also dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Hornets will welcome the Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Green Bay Preble 0.8, Ashwaubenon 0.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Ashwaubenon's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Tuesday: Green Bay Preble hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Hornets' pitcher stepped up to hand Sheboygan South a 15-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Hornets have won eight contests by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Tenley Kuehn was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Meanwhile, Ashwaubenon was able to grind out a solid win over Pulaski on Tuesday, taking the game 6-2. The Jaguars haven't had any issues with the Red Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Berritt Herr spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits and racked up 12 Ks.
At the plate, Ashwaubenon saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jocelyn Wirth, who went 2-for-3 with one run. Grace Aichele also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
Ashwaubenon's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Green Bay Preble, their victory bumped their record up to 13-0.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Green Bay Preble hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.9 home runs per game. However, it's not like Ashwaubenon struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.9 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Green Bay Preble couldn't quite finish off Ashwaubenon in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 and fell 2-0. Will the Hornets have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more softball content.
