Denver West's Brandon Martinez rumbled for the longest rushing play in 2A Colorado this season in his game against Bishop Machebeuf last week. Martinez ran for 87 yards on the play and finished with 242 on the day as his team beat the Buffaloes.
Kent Denver was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to third in the league. The Sun Devils defeated Faith Christian 28-23 earlier in the week.
