Hillgrove is 8-2 against Kennesaw Mountain since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hillgrove Hawks will head out on the road to take on the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs at 8:00 p.m.
There was early excitement for Hillgrove after they claimed the first score on Friday, but it was West Forsyth who ended up claiming the real prize. Hillgrove fell just short of West Forsyth by a score of 3-2.
Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Kennesaw Mountain was forced to settle for a draw. They and North Paulding finished up their game with a 1-1 draw.
Hillgrove's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. Kennesaw Mountain's draw makes their record 0-1-1 this season.
