Piqua and Stebbins are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Piqua Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Stebbins Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Piqua will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 680th, while Stebbins is ranked 243rd).
Last Friday, Piqua came up short against Xenia and fell 46-33.
Meanwhile, Stebbins came tearing into Friday's match with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past Fairborn with points to spare, taking the game 60-43.
Piqua has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Stebbins, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3.
