Basketball Recap: San Jacinto Valley Academy Continues Home Dominance on Monday

San Jacinto Valley Academy extended their home winning streak to four games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Carter Kelly. The San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves strolled past the United Christian Academy Eagles with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 49-31 thanks in part to Kelly, who posted 21 points. Those 21 points gave him a new career-high.

Despite the loss, United Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Gabriel Martinez, who had ten points. Another player making a difference was Joseph Noriega, who put up six points.

San Jacinto Valley Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for United Christian Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

San Jacinto Valley Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 72-61 defeat against San Jacinto Leadership Academy on the 4th. As for United Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-41 loss against California Military Institute on the 3rd.
