The Rison Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Parkers Chapel Trojans at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Rison will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
 Rison can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Thursday. Everything went their way against Junction City as Rison made off with  a  16-6 win. 16 seems to be a good number for Rison as the  squad scooped up a  victory with the same number of  runs in their previous game.
  Josey Edwards made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing six innings while giving up just two earned  (and four unearned) runs off   seven  hits. Edwards has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Edwards was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI and a  double.
 In other batting news, Rison got a  massive  performance out of  Haven Simpson, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 3-for-5. Simpson is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Layne Potter, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Parkers Chapel came into Friday's   matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Gurdon by a score of  11-6  on Friday. The  win was just what Parkers Chapel needed coming off of  a  13-0 defeat in their prior  match.
 Rison pushed their record up to 9-3 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.0 runs per game. As for Parkers Chapel, their win  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 4-7.
