Smith Mcgarvey Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, North Hall got the W thanks in part to Smith Mcgarvey playing the best football he has all season. Mcgarvey rushed for 114 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 172 yards and two touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes.
The victory was the sixth in a row for North Hall, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. They and Johnson are set to duel on Friday.

The victory got Pickens back to even at 4-4. Wyngaard and Pickens will face off against Greater Atlanta Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Young As Greater Atlanta Christian Won 28-23
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Tommy Young stepped things up a notch to give Greater Atlanta Christian the 'W'. Nobody could stop Young as he rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 108 yards and a touchdown.
Greater Atlanta Christian pushed their record up to 4-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Young and Greater Atlanta Christian will challenge Pickens at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
