Omak proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 12) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 13-12 win over the Cascade Kodiaks. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pioneers have posted since April 27, 2024.

Omak's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-10. As for Cascade, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.
