In what's become a running theme this season, Providence Classical gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 69-38 victory over Tuscaloosa Christian. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-17.
Alex Anglin and Alec Joiner certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Anglin scored 16 points along with six rebounds, while Joiner scored six points along with five rebounds and five blocks.
Providence Classical's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Tuscaloosa Christian, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6.
Providence Classical does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tuscaloosa Christian, they will square off against Success Unlimited Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Success Unlimited Academy will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Tuscaloosa Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
