Miles Omalley Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Maranatha had to settle for second even though Miles Omalley put up the best numbers he has all season. Omalley rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 44 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 71-yard run.
If history really does repeat itself, Omalley might just drop another big game when he faces off against Western Christian on Friday. When Omalley last faced the Fighting Lancers back in September of 2023, he rushed for 235 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also caught a touchdown.

Isaiah Ramirez Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Isaiah Ramirez posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble, making seven total tackles (0.5 for loss), and defending a pass.
