The Forest Lake Christian Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 21st straight defeat. They took a 62-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of John Adams Academy. Forest Lake Christian lost against John Adams Academy in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 73-27 score last time.
Despite the loss, Forest Lake Christian had strong showings from Brendan Hooper, who scored 24 points along with six rebounds and three steals, and Caleb Fenton, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Reading, who scored four points along with 12 rebounds and four steals.
Forest Lake Christian dropped their record down to 2-21 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight at home. As for John Adams Academy, their win ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-22.
Forest Lake Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. John Adams Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
