Leading Tindley to victory were Damon Van Horn and Kenneth Lampley. Van Horn scored 19 points, while Lampley scored 19 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lampley has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Julian Norwood, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Tindley has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Gary West Side, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.
Tindley will head out on the road to challenge Christel House at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Christel House is ranked 140th, while Tindley is ranked 123rd). As for Gary West Side, they will be playing in front of their home fans against 21st Century Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in 21st Century Charter's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 11 games.
