On Friday, The Suitland Rams never let their opponents score. They blew past Kennedy, posting a 45-0 win on the road. Given Suitland's advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 77th, while Kennedy is ranked 219th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Suitland got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Dehron Johnson out in front who rushed for 55 yards and two touchdowns. Gregory Deloach and his 80 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Suitland's victory.
The victory makes it two in a row for Suitland and bumps their season record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.5 points. As for Kennedy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Suitland will be playing in front of their home fans against Einstein at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Einstein is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Kennedy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
