Spring's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mariah Goodjoint, who scored 7 points. Gabby Salazar was another key contributor, scoring 6 points.
North Shore has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
North Shore will be playing in front of their home fans against The Woodlands at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully The Woodlands focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Tuesday. As for Spring, they will square off against Clear Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Clear Lake is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
