On Friday, The Sheehan Titans got themselves on the board against the Law Lawmen, but the Law Lawmen never followed suit. They really took it to the Lawmen for the full four quarters, racking up a 35-0 victory on the road. Sheehan pushed the score to 21-0 by the end of the third, a deficit Law had little chance of recovering from.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sheehan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brady Rossacci, who rushed for 304 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. Rossacci is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Dante Dinuzzo, who picked up 160 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
The victory makes it two in a row for Sheehan and bumps their season record up to 5-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 36.5 points. As for Law, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
After each having a week off, Sheehan and Hand will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 6:30 p.m. on November 16th. Hand is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Law will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Branford at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Connecticut (Branford is ranked 69th, while Law is ranked 76th).
