It was another big night for Luke Kring, who scored 24 points along with eight assists and five rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Walton's points. Another player making a difference was Elijah Neenan, who scored 11 points along with eight assists.
Walton pushed their record up to 10-2 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points per game. As for Sneads, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-3.
Walton will head out on the road to face off against Freeport at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Freeport will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 608th, while Walton is ranked 129th). As for Sneads, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Malone at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
