Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springfield Southeast). Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 72-36 stomp they got against the Bulls College Prep Bulls. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Spartans as it put an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Springfield Southeast's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Bulls College Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Springfield Southeast and Huntley will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bulls College Prep, they will take on Naperville Central at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
