The Cass Colonels are taking a road trip to  face off against the Sonoraville Phoenix  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
On Tuesday, Cass had to suffer through a   61-20 loss at the hands of Dalton. The Colonels haven't had much luck with the Catamounts recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
 Meanwhile, Sonoraville entered their tilt with North Cobb Christian on Tuesday with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. They claimed a resounding  59-31 win over the Eagles. The Phoenix have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six  matchups by 25  points or more this season.
 Cass now  has a losing record at 5-6. As for Sonoraville, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the  victory, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Cass was taken down by Sonoraville 65-21 in their previous matchup  back in November. That  game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Cass was down  46-7.
