Lincoln came into Friday's   contest looking for another win against Cathedral Catholic, but  Honor Faalave wouldn't allow it. The Dons walked away with  a   42-33  win over the Hornets  on Friday with plenty of help from  Faalave, who rushed for 186 yards and five  TDs while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 39 receiving yards. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 57 yards.
 On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Cathedral Catholic's defensive line and their four sacks. Leading the way was  Bronx Letuligasenoa with  three.
The  victory made it two in a row for Cathedral Catholic and  bumps their season record up to 7-2. The  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 41.5 points over those games. As for Lincoln,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 7-2 record.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Cathedral Catholic will  challenge  rival University City  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. That  matchup will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Faalave and  Deshaun Hille. Meanwhile, Lincoln is set to  face off against  their familiar foe Scripps Ranch  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
