El Modena picked up their sixth consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Xzavior Guess. Trabuco Hills had no answer to Guess as he rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 224 yards and a touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes.

Eimesse Essis was a major factor in Tustin's win over Cypress on Friday. Nobody could stop Essis as he rushed for 186 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 44 receiving yards.
